Tips I live by:
- Always prepare what you can ahead of time
- Always have fun when your cooking
- Don't worry if you don't have all the ingredients to every recipe just improvise
- Clean the kitchen as you go along it makes less work when you are finished cooking
- Always have the country music blasting and a glass of white or red wine in hand (depending on what your cooking)
- Taste your food before you serve it ! If you don't like it why would your guests?
- Always make plenty of food
- Only use the freshest ingredients possible
- All else fails make pasta
- Always wear comfortable clothing when cooking and avoid wearing white
